LearnDigitalPH (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and your rights under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

• Account information — your name (used on your certificate), email address, and phone number.
• Payment information — your GCash reference number and the receipt screenshot you submit for manual verification. We do not store card numbers or your GCash PIN.
• Learning activity — courses you enroll in, lesson progress, and exam results.
• Usage data — basic analytics such as pages visited and device type, collected to improve the service.

How we use your information

• To create your account, enroll you in courses, and issue verifiable certificates.
• To verify and confirm GCash payments and grant course access.
• To send transactional emails (e.g. payment confirmation) and, with your consent, occasional updates.
• To improve our courses, content, and platform.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us run the platform — such as our hosting and database provider (Supabase) and our email provider — and only as needed to deliver the service, or when required by law.

Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, and to object to its processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below.

Data security & retention

We protect your data using encryption in transit, row-level security on our database, and access controls. Payment receipts are stored privately. We keep your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and privacy-friendly analytics to understand aggregate usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Children

Our courses are intended for users aged 16 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16 without parental consent.
