Welcome to LearnDigitalPH. By creating an account or using our platform, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. The name you provide will appear on any certificate you earn, so please enter it accurately.

Payments & access

• Courses are paid via GCash. After you send payment and submit your reference number and receipt, we verify it manually and unlock the course — usually within a few hours.
• Payment is a one-time fee for lifetime access to that course. There is no recurring subscription.
• Prices are shown in Philippine pesos and may change, but changes do not affect courses you have already purchased.

Refunds

Because course content is digital and accessible immediately upon approval, payments are generally non-refundable. If you were charged in error or a course was not delivered, contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right.

Certificates

You earn a certificate by completing the lessons and passing the final assessment (70% to pass). Certificates include a public verification link. Misrepresenting a certificate or sharing a forged one is prohibited.

Acceptable use

• Course materials are owned by LearnDigitalPH or our partners and are for your personal learning only. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute them.
• Do not share your account, attempt to bypass payment, or disrupt the platform.

Disclaimers

Our courses are provided for educational purposes. While we strive for accuracy and quality, we do not guarantee specific job, income, or business outcomes. The platform is provided “as is.”

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, LearnDigitalPH is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Changes & governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use means you accept the changes. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
